2. Appointment Responsibility

MR Doctor does not guarantee that your appointment will be successful, nor is it responsible for cancellations or lapsed appointments.

3. Doctor Unavailability

If your appointment is booked on the same day and the doctor is not available, the application is not responsible for making the call to the doctor.

4. Internet and Technical Issues

MR Doctor App/Web runs through the internet and third-party servers. Please be patient and cooperate with us during technical problems like slow internet, server downtime, or app/web updates.

5. Issue Resolution

If any issues arise in the MR Doctor App/Web, please contact us directly and be polite with our support staff.

6. Doctor Blocking

If a doctor blocks any MR (Medical Representative), MR Doctor is not responsible for re-establishing contact with the doctor.

7. Doctor List

MR Doctor App/Web contains most doctors, but we cannot claim 100% coverage. Our system is continuously updated over time.

8. Usage Restrictions

• You shall not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or commercially exploit the App/Web.
• You shall not modify, create derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App/Web.
• You shall not use the App/Web to build a similar or competitive product.
• Unless explicitly allowed, no part of the App/Web may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, or transmitted in any form.
• All copyright and proprietary notices must be retained on all copies.
• MR Doctor reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the App/Web without notice, and shall not be held liable for such actions.

9. Disclaimers

The MR Doctor App/Web is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We and our suppliers disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service, nor do we guarantee accuracy or safety of the content.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MR Doctor. Failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver. If any term is found invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect. You may not assign your rights without written consent from MR Doctor. We may freely assign these terms.

12. User-Generated Content

All content is uploaded by users. Users must ensure they have legal rights to use it. AppointDocs does not claim ownership or pre-screen content for intellectual property compliance.

13. Intellectual Property

Users must not upload content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or IP rights. Upon valid complaint, we may:

• Temporarily or permanently remove the content
• Suspend or terminate the user’s account
• Share user information with the legal rights holder

14. Disclaimer of Liability
